Description of the product:
A young, unique mescal which has been triple distilled with great care and reflects slightly smoky and fruity tones—citric, sweet (roasted agave) and later light herbaceous flavors.
Brief description of the process:
The maguey is harvested and cut; roasted in wood and stone pit ovens; crushed and mashed by a horse-pulled stone wheel; fermented in wooden barrels; and then distilled (triple distillation).
